During his 30-year career in the U.S. Air Force, Sean ascended to senior leadership positions culminating in roles that placed him at the forefront of national defense operations. Sean's experience extends to the highest echelons of the federal government's national security apparatus. He played a pivotal role in shaping national defense policy collaborating directly with Congressional leaders on the 2016 and 2018 National Defense Authorization Act. His specific contributions to language regarding Supply Chain Risk Management in Information Technology and Cybersecurity for the Department of Defense (DoD) underscore his strategic impact on national security infrastructure.In his final military roles, Sean directed DoD cyber operations and served as Provost of the Defense Language Institute leading teams of over 800 staff and managing budgets exceeding $80 million. Executing responsibilities through multiple critical national security positions, he honed his leadership expertise in developing strategic plans, designing and executing cybersecurity and managing complex programs.
Post-military, Sean exemplifies versatility and business acumen. He founded SRLA Enterprises, INC and successfully constructed StretchLab Murfreesboro, which generated $330k in first-year revenue. Demonstrating his diverse capabilities, Sean also invested in and served as an Executive Producer for the feature film "The Ballad of Davy Crockett (Remember His Name)" now available on major streaming platforms.
