Pratt Paterson currently serves as the Executive Director of Wilmer Hall, a 160 year old nonprofit in Mobile, Alabama. He is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience managing organizations in Tennessee and Alabama. His expertise spans a wide range of critical areas, including leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and the successful execution of both annual and capital campaigns. Pratt is highly skilled in organizational structure, board recruitment and management, and has a proven track record in public speaking and program development. His deep knowledge of grant writing and program development has enabled him to secure significant funding and create impactful programs that serve communities effectively. Throughout his career, Pratt has been dedicated to fostering growth, building strong teams, and driving positive change within the nonprofit sector. He approaches challenges with a comprehensive, holistic approach and recognizes that all challenges are opportunities for growth.
Pratt is a graduate of UMS-Wright Preparatory School, the University of Alabama, and The Episcopal Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast's School for Ministry. Pratt lives in Mobile with his wife, Allison, a lifelong educator. They have two children in college at The University of Alabama.
