Employee Relations: shorthand for those times when we have difficult employee situations. Paula Watkins has a passion for Employee Relations – in all aspects. She likes to coach managers and supervisors through difficult times, counsel employees, and investigate circumstances with the goal of avoiding residual legal actions. Paula understands business essentials having several years in and around operations. She also owned her own company while executing three years of OSHA Safety Training Grants.
