Lourys has worked in Human Resources for over ten years and holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Administration from her native Mexico. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Throughout her career, Lourys has developed in different areas and projects. Much of her experience was within the automotive industry, where she had the opportunity to collaborate with teams from Japan and Germany to develop the Human Resources Department and comprehensive Business Plan. Her experience in different areas of human capital management has made her career successful and fruitful, collaborating on internal communication strategies, social responsibility activities, engagement, and development.
Lourys finds the experience of training different work teams very enriching. She enjoys researching the topics that will be shared with attendees and looking for ways to make their interactions enjoyable. She creates spaces of empathy and trust, resulting in sessions with added value for all present.
