GinNeal McVay is the owner of Amplified HR Solutions and has over22 years of human resource experience in the private and public sectors. She has a passion for compliance, investigations as well as coaching and training employees, supervisors, and managers.
GinNeal earned her M.S. Degree in Human Resources Management fromTroy University and B.S. Degree in Management from Florida State University.She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and aSHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
GinNeal has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and local SHRM chapters for over 20 years. She has served in various volunteer leadership roles within her local SHRM chapters and currently serves as the President of the Greater Pensacola SHRM Chapter in Pensacola, Florida. Additionally, GinNeal serves as a mentor and faculty with Pensacola State College’s Non-Profit Center providing guidance on HR related matters to local non-profits.
